The following terms govern your use of the Turnfight website and game.
Disclaimers
- If you do not agree with these terms, or you are under 18 and you have not obtained your parent or legal guardian's permission, do not continue to visit this site.
- If you are a parent, please note the existence of many parental monitoring and internet filtering products, some of which are free to use. Examples include Google Family Link (for Android and ChromeOS devices), Apple Screen Time (for iOS, iPad OS, and macOS devices), and Microsoft Family Safety (for Windows PC and Xbox).
- Familiarize yourself with the symptoms of Internet Gaming Disorder (IGD): preoccupation with gaming, withdrawal symptoms when away from games, feeling an urge to play longer, unsuccessful attempts to quit gaming, losing interest in other activities, continuing to game despite harms, lying to others about time spent gaming, gaming as a coping mechanism, and risking your academics or career. Aim for a balance of limited gaming with sufficient physical activity, social interactions, sleep, and study.
- While we make an effort to filter user-generated content by automatically censoring all messages and providing a pathway for trusted players to become volunteer moderators, no filtering is perfect and you or your child may be exposed to inappropriate text and low-resolution images from other users. Please note that our automated censoring is much less effective for languages other than English.
- You may hide chat via the settings tab.
- If you create or submit in-game content, you grant us a perpetual right to use or share it for any purpose and promise it does not violate these terms.
- We are not responsible for inappropriate content displayed by third parties, such as advertisers. If you see an inappropriate advertisement or category, you may report it. You assume sole responsibility for risks arising from interacting with third parties.
- Please familiarize yourself with our privacy policy.
Allowed Activities
You are granted a non-exclusive license to do the following for either commercial or non-commercial purposes, provided you adhere to all the terms.
- Playing the game.
- Recording and/or publishing screenshots, videos, or other content involving the game.
- Using the individual game textures or adaptations of them in connection with content involving the game (such as in a video thumbnail).
- Linking to or embedding the game on another website.
- Signing in with a 3rd party platform account, provided you follow its terms.
Prohibited Activities
You agree to never engage in any of the following activities.
- Disclosing any personal information (full name, contact information, etc.), if you are under 18 years of age, even if you have your parents' permission.
- Using inappropriate or offensive language for a nickname, team name, in game chat, or in any comments section corresponding to the game.
- Placing a higher burden on the game's server(s) than two instances of the official game client would (opening more than two connections at a time, sending messages at a higher frequency, or otherwise compromising the integrity of the server(s)).
- Violating any applicable law, regulation, or school/employer/family policy.
- Violating or appearing to violate the rights or privacy of others.
- Sharing your account with anyone other than your parent or legal guardian.
Liability
Turnfight is provided "AS IS". The developers make no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaim all implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Softbear, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages including tangible or intangible losses arising from these terms or this site. You acknowledge that your sole remedy for such disputes is to stop using this site and, if applicable, delete your account. The only exception is if your jurisdiction does not allow a particular limitation of liability for a particular type of damages, in which case the liability of Softbear, Inc. will be the minimum permitted by applicable law.

Disputes
These terms shall be governed in according with USA law, and all shall be settled in the King County, WA court system.
Severability
In the event any provision of this agreement is determined to be void or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the remainder of this agreement, which shall continue to be in force.
Changes
We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Service at any time, without notice. You assume responsibility for periodically checking them.
